As
our ongoing commitment to quality assurance and standards of care,
all staff undergo regular training and are trained to NVQ Level 2, and some to Level 3. Before commencement of work
staff will complete all mandatory courses as set out in CSCI Regulations.
Once courses are completed staff will then be placed under supervision
in a work placement.
Rely
Care Agency look to train staff to NVQ Level 2 and 3. Following
employment with Rely Care all staff are followed up and assessed
with initial four week reviews and then every eight weeks as required
by CSCI.
Staff
have the opportunity within the company to achieve specialist courses
in learning disability, difficult and mental health areas. |
